- Proficiency with LMS, simulation gear, and online teaching platforms; AI experience a plus.
- Ability to create engaging learning environments and manage conflicts.
- Collaboration with faculty, extended service team, and clinical partners.
- Emotional and social intelligence to support students.
- Maintain regulatory credentials as required by assignment.
- Teaching assignments align with state regulations and licensure requirements.
Responsibilities
- Teach nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
- Develop and update curricula and teaching materials.
- Assess student performance; provide feedback and remediation.
- Lead clinical learning experiences and ensure safe practice.
- Engage in scholarly activity related to teaching and nursing.
- Participate in service and committees.
