Job summary

You will teach, evaluate students, mentor peers, and participate in committees and scholarship aligned with Chamberlain's mission.
Maintain current licensure in Florida (or eligibility), work collaboratively with faculty and clinical partners, and leverage technology and AI tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing; PhD preferred for teaching roles.
- Florida nursing licensure or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years nursing clinical experience.
- Experience with learning management systems, simulation, online platforms, and AI tools.
- Ability to create engaging learning environments and strong conflict management.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned nursing courses across classroom, online, clinical, lab, and simulation.
- Develop and implement course curriculum and teaching materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback/remediation.
- Lead clinical learning activities and ensure practice readiness.
- Engage in scholarly activities and professional service.
- Mentor students and new faculty; stay current with policies.
