Job summary
Chamberlain College of Nursing, LLC seeks an experienced faculty member to shape the next generation of nurses through classroom, online, and clinical teaching. You will evaluate students, mentor peers, and participate in committees and scholarly activities aligned with Chamberlain Care®.
The role requires teaching across modalities, maintaining current nursing credentials, and ongoing professional development to ensure licensure compliance and high‑quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing is required.
- Current Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience with online teaching and learning technologies.
- Ability to work with AI within educational settings.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned nursing courses in classroom, online, clinical, lab or simulation settings.
- Input to and implement course curriculum and teaching materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide remediation as needed.
- Lead clinical learning or partner with faculty leading labs.
- Engage in scholarly activities related to teaching and nursing practice.
- Maintain ongoing professional development and adapt to policies.
