Job summary

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing with at least two years of teaching experience; proficiency with LMS and simulation tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience related to the teaching discipline.
• Ability to integrate clinical expertise, evidence‑based practice, and real‑world healthcare experiences into the learning environment.
• Proven ability to create engaging learning environments and effectively manage conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses across classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings.
• Create engaging, student-centered learning experiences using innovative teaching strategies, technology, and evidence-based practices.
• Bridge theory and practice to prepare students for safe, ethical, and professional nursing practice.
• Facilitate clinical, laboratory, and simulation learning experiences.
• Support accreditation efforts and participate in university service initiatives.
