Job summary

Chamberlain College of Nursing, LLC is seeking a qualified nursing faculty member to teach in classroom, online, and clinical settings. The role emphasizes student learning, evidence-based teaching, and professional mentoring within a supportive academic community.

Responsibilities include curriculum development, student evaluation, and engagement in scholarly activities aligned with the university's mission. Texas licensure and a Master’s degree in Nursing are required; PhD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing is required; PhD in a field related to teaching is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered Texas nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing practice in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and initiative with prudent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses across classroom, online, and clinical settings.
• Develop and implement course curriculum and teaching materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback/remediation.
• Lead clinical learning activities and ensure students are practice-ready.
• Engage in scholarly activities related to teaching and nursing practice.
