Job summary
Chamberlain University in Chicago is seeking a campus-based nursing faculty member to teach evening and weekend classes across classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation settings in support of Chamberlain Care®. You will mentor students, evaluate progress, and contribute to curriculum, service, and scholarship in alignment with Chamberlain’s mission.
You’ll participate in committees and collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to advance student outcomes and uphold licensure requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing is required; a Doctorate is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional teaching experience in nursing or related field.
- Active, current nursing licensure or eligibility as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing instruction across classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation settings.
- Mentor and evaluate students; provide timely feedback and remediation.
- Contribute to curriculum development and ensure alignment with licensure and accreditation.
- Engage in scholarship and professional development in line with rank.
