Job summary

Arcadia Care in Bradley, IL is seeking a detail‑oriented Business Office Manager to support day‑to‑day accounting functions of the facility, and ensure compliance with current accounting standards and reimbursement principles for nursing facility operations. You will assist in invoices, accounts receivable, monthly financial statements, and filing.

You will help implement changes in the accounting system and maintain orderly records to support accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have three (3) years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting department functions.
• Maintain invoices, reports, and accounting files; monitor accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income, expenses).
• Assist in planning and implementing changes to the accounting system.
