Live Well Healthcare Solutions, serving Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, seeks a talented, classically trained Cook with experience in high‑volume operations to join our dietary team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in New Jersey.

Responsibilities include preparing meals to standardized recipes, plating attractively, assisting the Dietary Manager in their absence, maintaining sanitation, managing inventory and recipes, and handling special events and last‑minute requests.

Qualifications

• Classically trained cook with high-volume experience.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes exactly.
• Capable of last-minute requests for events.
• Maintain strict kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist Dietary Manager in their absence.
• Manage inventory and support recipe development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Plate meals and garnish for attractive presentation.
• Assist Dietary Manager when absent to ensure seamless operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
• Handle inventory, stock rotation, and purchasing support.
