Prioritize kitchen sanitation and follow standardized recipes to ensure high-quality meals. Responsibilities include inventory management, recipe development, and accommodating special events.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume culinary operations.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety standards.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and cook a variety of nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to recipes.
• Plate and garnish cooked items for attractive presentation.
• Assist Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain high kitchen sanitation before and after service.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and assist with purchasing and recipe development.
• Handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
