Live Well Healthcare Solutions in Hudson, OH is seeking a skilled Cook with experience in high-volume culinary operations to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. The role emphasizes precise meal preparation, plating, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure high-quality service.

The position requires leadership support in the Dietary Manager's absence, inventory and recipe management, and flexibility for special events.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Culinary Excellence: Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, and cook a variety of nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plating & Presentation: Plate and garnish all cooked items expertly to ensure an attractive menu presentation.
• Leadership Support: Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain high sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and all culinary equipment before and after food service.
• Inventory & Recipe Management: Manage inventory, handle stock rotation, assist with purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance.
• Special Events: Flexibly handle last‑minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
