Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions operates Royal Cape Cod Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, seeking a Cook for a high‑volume nursing facility. You will prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.

You’ll also support the Dietary Manager and uphold strict kitchen sanitation standards. The role requires a classically trained cook with experience in healthcare hospitality; must be available every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Classically trained cook with high-volume culinary experience.
• Experience in healthcare hospitality or nursing facility setting preferred.
• Comfortable working weekends on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following recipes.
• Plate and garnish dishes to ensure attractive presentation.
• Support Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation before and after service and monitor cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, assist with purchasing and recipe compliance.
• Handle last‑minute culinary requests for special events and functions.
