Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Business Office Manager for Spring Meadows A Villa Center. The role focuses on timely accounts receivable collection from all payor sources, maintaining trust accounting records, and updating interfacing systems connected to the home office.

Responsibilities include census management in PointClickCare, payer setup, Medicaid coordination with Admissions, and weekly collections. The BOM will ensure accurate resident accounting and communicate with Corporate Office on

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; accounting knowledge preferred.
• Experience with skilled nursing facilities preferred (3+ years).
• Basic accounting/bookkeeping coursework or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and Balance Daily Census in PointClickCare.
• Complete payer setup and changes for all residents.
• Coordinate Medicaid applications with Admissions and family.
• Maintain financial files on all residents.
• Process Medicaid RFMS authorizations and changes.
• Make weekly collection calls for private pay and liabilities.
• Attend Medicare meetings and review resident eligibility for coverage.
