Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, OT, or SLP) to lead our inpatient and outpatient therapy services and to uphold exceptional patient care standards.

You will oversee staffing, program development, budgeting, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while mentoring a diverse, multidisciplinary team and collaborating with medical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current license as a PT, OT or SLP in the state where hospital resides is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and operate inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management and marketing support relating to the program.
• Responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.
