Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction and clinical education for LPN/PN and RN students across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings.

The ideal candidate is an RN with an MSN or higher, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student achievement. Responsibilities include evaluating learners, maintaining records, and collaborating with the campus team to support outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and promote safe nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance based on program standards and requirements.
• Prepare progress and grade reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and campus administration.
• Attend required faculty and campus meetings and participate in ongoing professional development.
