San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking a Nursing Instructor to prepare and deliver high‑quality instruction, while supporting student success and program outcomes.

The role requires ongoing collaboration with faculty and participation in program improvement and accreditation activities. The ideal candidate will hold a BSN with RN licensure in Arizona, preferred MSN, and prior clinical instruction experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum three years as an RN providing direct patient care (BSN track).
• MSN: minimum two years as an RN providing direct patient care.
• Arizona RN license is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• Degrees from accredited institutions; foreign degrees evaluated for equivalence.
• Instructors must hold required licenses/certifications for courses.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and delivers instruction aligned with curriculum and accreditation.
• Provides student advising, tutoring, and office hours.
• Participates in program assessment, improvement, and relevant committees.
• Collaborates with colleagues to support student success and program outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with institutional, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
