Job summary

Requirements include RN licensure with CNS or RN-BC pathways and a Master’s in Nursing or Education; 3+ years in clinical teaching or program development; strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Experience designing and evaluating education programs for clinicians.
• Strong written and oral communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply ANPD-inspired educational designs to bridge practice gaps.
• Collect data to identify learner needs and determine knowledge deficits.
• Analyze cost and ROI of learning activities and lead change initiatives.
• Develop outcomes and a plan with strategies, resources, and timelines.
• Promote evidence-based practice and mentor learners and staff.
