The position requires a BSN, RN licensure, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with inpatient experience preferred. Master’s degree is a plus, and BCLS/ACLS instructor certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recent nursing experience required; 2 years of inpatient experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) required; BCLS or ACLS instructor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, direct, implement, and evaluate educational offerings for nursing staff.
• Identify learning needs and desires of nursing personnel.
• Develop and utilize evaluation systems to assess educational activities' effectiveness.
• Consult with individuals regarding professional nursing practice and roles.
• Assist in developing department‑specific orientation and competencies.
• Aid departments in the orientation of staff.
• Develop and maintain a cataloging system for teaching-learning resources.
