Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required; PhD preferred.
• Texas nursing licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and initiative.
• Proficiency with LMS, simulation equipment, and online platforms; AI fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned nursing courses (classroom, online, clinical, lab, simulation).
• Provide input to course curriculum and teaching materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide remediation as needed.
• Lead clinical learning and ensure students are practice-ready.
• Engage in scholarly activities related to teaching and nursing practice.
