Job summary

Responsibilities include faculty observations, onboarding, scheduling, attending meetings, and promoting a positive learning environment for students, while overseeing curriculum and student success initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing education program faculty or higher education admin experience.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing field management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time direct care nursing experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise faculty and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing program governance and outcomes achievement.
• Conduct faculty observations, coaching, mentoring and evaluation.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation of new faculty.
• Assist with scheduling faculty and staff work assignments.
• Attend campus meetings and university events.
• Maintain professional image and communications.
• Promote positive learning environments with students and staff.
• Track academic metrics and develop improvement action plans.
• Ensure curricula align with accreditation standards.
• Provide advising to nursing students as needed.
• Represent University to partners and healthcare community.
