Qualifications

• MSN required; DNP preferred.
• Unencumbered Nursing License in the state where market sits.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing education, clinical education, healthcare leadership, or related field.
• Experience developing and managing academic practice partnerships with healthcare organizations or clinical agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the clinical learning experience across assigned prelicensure nursing programs and clinical sites.
• Ensure clinical learning experiences align with program outcomes, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and established clinical education expectations.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of clinical instruction and student learning experiences through regular review of outcomes, feedback, and site performance.
• Partner with Deans and nursing leadership to address faculty performance concerns and develop targeted coaching and improvement plans.
