Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing.
- Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Current unrestricted Florida RN or APRN license.
- Full-time nursing practice, minimum 2 years.
- Full-time teaching experience, minimum 2 years preferred.
- Minimum of two years academic leadership experience.
- Experience with nursing accreditation (ACEN and CCNE) and regulatory compliance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and program administration at campus level.
- Supervise nursing faculty and oversee performance evaluations.
- Monitor student progression, retention, and NCLEX outcomes.
- Ensure accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Develop and maintain clinical partnerships and affiliations.
- Oversee curriculum delivery, faculty assignments, and course scheduling.
- Coordinate with nursing leadership to standardize curriculum across campuses.
