Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education or academic leadership.
• Strong student service and mentorship skills.
• Ability to track student outcomes and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as mentor and resource for nursing students throughout their academic journey.
• Support retention, graduation outcomes, and NCLEX preparation.
• Develop campus-specific initiatives to improve student success.
• Coordinate tutoring, academic support services, and counseling resources.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus leadership to support student growth.
• Perform faculty responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned.
