Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty.
- 3 year nursing experience in an acute care setting; specialty preferred.
- Current State Licenses & Certifications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with market nursing leadership to plan, develop, implement and revise educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel.
- Act as a key resource in orientation and continuing education of nursing staff at Tenet Healthcare.
- Develop an education program for the facility while aligning with Tenet educational goals and vision, including orientation, continuing education and in-services.
