Job summary
Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks a Nursing Educator to partner with nursing leadership to assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for all nursing levels and related staff. You will lead orientation, continuing education, in-services, and contribute to policy development, using adult learning principles and learning technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty is required.
- Current state licenses and certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Supports educational needs for assigned units/clinics including classroom, clinical experiences and learning technologies.
- Ensures program revisions meet nursing and regulatory standards and stay updated with current research.
- Implements comprehensive education programs for orientation and ongoing competency development.
- Provides consultation to enhance continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Assists in development of clinical policies and procedures as requested.
- Performs related duties as required.
