Job summary

Touro College & University System seeks an Associate Director of Nursing to lead academic programs, ensure quality education, and support accreditation efforts. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and serves on the Nursing Leadership Committee.

The position requires a Nursing PhD/DNP/EdD, 5 years of faculty experience, and at least 2 years of leadership coordination. Expect collaboration across departments and occasional events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic program curricula and ensure alignment with NYSED/CCNE standards.
• Chair faculty meetings and coordinate program initiatives as designated by the Director.
• Monitor and maintain academic and faculty policies and accreditation readiness.
• Develop and evaluate the program evaluation plan in collaboration with leadership.
• Assign and monitor faculty workload and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain proactive communication with faculty, staff, and students to foster collaboration.
