Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando seeks an experienced nursing doctorate administrator to lead curriculum design, assessment, and accreditation activities. You will collaborate with the Dean and senior leadership to advance nursing education across undergraduate and graduate programs.

The role requires clinical leadership, teaching, scholarship, and active involvement in professional organizations, with responsibilities spanning teaching, service, and research at state and national levels.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication with department administration, faculty, staff, and external clinical affiliates.
Organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency with educational software including LMS, word processing, databases, and graphics.

Responsibilities

Designs, coordinates, evaluates, and implements program curriculum.
Engages in program planning and assessment at department and institutional levels.
Assists the Dean with strategic planning and goal setting.
Manages fiscal responsibilities including resource allocation and long-term planning.
Oversees program accreditation and prepares annual ACEN reports.
Teaches, advises students, mentors, and engages in scholarly activities.
