Job summary

National College Of Business & Technology is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing to oversee the Nursing program, report to the Campus Nursing Direction, and contribute to academic and operational improvements aligned with market needs.

The role emphasizes accreditation maintenance, curriculum oversight, and staff coordination, with a focus on student success and institutional mission fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing Science with a focus on Administration
• Nurse Specialist license required
• Minimum of 3 years of related nursing/administration experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing program operations in coordination with the Nursing Director to ensure accreditation and program efficacy.
• Develop and implement the academic work plan, review curricular portfolios, and supervise course offerings for the Nursing program.
• Direct activities to fulfill the institutional mission and development plans.
• Guide faculty to meet duties outlined in the faculty manual and ensure timely attendance and performance.
• Evaluate faculty performance and ensure compliance with teaching planning and student services responsibilities.
• Schedule labs and clinical practice groups according to enrollment and program needs.
• Recruit faculty for course assignments and oversee end-of-term evaluations.
• Submit regular status reports on the Nursing program to the Campus supervisor.
• Foster strong relationships among faculty, students, and administration.
