Job summary

Undisclosed seeks a Director of the Nursing Program to lead and ensure compliance with THECB, ACEN, and TBON for both ADN and LVN programs. The role includes directing faculty, planning education, and maintaining accreditation while meeting student retention goals and program budgets.

Responsibilities include supervising full- and part-time faculty, evaluating performance, advising students, and generating program reports.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current RN License valid in Texas and meets TBON standards for program director.
• Minimum of 8 years of nursing experience (clinical) and nursing administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching in an ADN program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing program to meet THECB and ACEN accreditation standards.
• Direct and supervise full-time and part-time faculty and budget.
• Develop educational plans, organize the program, and report on outcomes.
• Foster student retention, advising, and faculty development.
