Job summary

Success Education Colleges is seeking a Nursing Educator to assist the Director of Nursing in developing and supervising the Vocational Nursing Department. This line position reports directly to the Director and helps align curriculum with professional standards.

You will lead policy development, coordinate schedules, secure instructional materials, and support faculty while maintaining compliance with state licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• Minimum three years’ RN experience with teaching or clinical supervision in the past five years.
• Teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating philosophy, objectives, and curriculum of the Vocational Nursing Department.
• Coordinate policies, procedures, and programs for the Vocational Nursing Department.
• Plan orientation and ongoing educational experiences for Vocational Nursing students.
• Develop schedules, lesson plans, and clinical/theory rotations.
• Maintain records and reports for the Vocational Nursing program.
• Participate in faculty meetings and continuing education.
