The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, an active RN license, and a minimum of 3 years of RN experience, with teaching/clinical education experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent RN experience.
• Experience teaching or clinical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in the clinical environment and promote safe nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence; provide feedback.
• Prepare progress and grade reports; maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
