Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing is required.
• Unrestricted RN licensure in Ohio or multi-state license.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of instructional technologies/tools to develop online materials.
• Knowledge of community health, nursing leadership, evidence-based practice, adult health issues, or health promotion.
• Basic knowledge of a learning management system.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in the School of Nursing in alignment with outcomes and policies.
• Deliver in-person courses in a classroom setting.
• Provide clear and timely communication, instruction, feedback, and student support.
• Monitor student progress and address at-risk students.
• Maintain records of grades, attendance, and other required documentation.
• Develop and update course content, activities, assignments, and assessments.
