The role requires a Master’s degree in nursing and an Ohio RN license (or multi‑state license) with at least two years of RN experience; online learning experience and LMS proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Unrestricted RN licensure in Ohio or current multi-state license.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an RN.
• Experience with in-person or online learning environments and instructional technologies.
• Knowledge in community health, leadership, evidence‑based practice, adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in the School of Nursing and adhere to outcomes and policies.
• Deliver in-person courses in a classroom environment with clear communication and feedback.
• Maintain records of grades and attendance and support student progress.
• Develop and update course content and asynchronous materials.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Support RN‑BSN recruitment, retention, and student success.
• Participate in committees and pursue professional growth.
