Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated nurse educator coordinator in a full-time role. You will coordinate nurse scheduling, recruit families for home visits, and liaise with birth center staff to ensure high-quality patient education and outreach.

Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Community Health or related field, and RN or Social Worker licensure; certification in a specialty area is preferred within one year of

• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• RN or Social Worker licensure in good standing preferred; specialty cert within one year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling of nurse assignments and manages client database.
• Assists with in-hospital recruiting: establishing contact with families for nurse home visits.
• Builds relationships with birth center management and staff.
• Responds to inquiries and reschedules home visits; maintains timely follow-ups.
