Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• RN licensure in good standing preferred in applicable state.
• Certification in specialty area within one year of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling of nurse assignments and manages schedule and client database.
• Assists with in-hospital recruiting: establishes contact with families at local birthing hospitals and schedules nurse home visits.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff and birth center management; participates in meetings and training.
• Performs post-visit follow-up calls, tracks services, and provides re-referrals when needed.
• Acts as primary contact to answer questions and reschedule home visits in English and/or Spanish.
• Participates in Nurse Education Support Team meetings and trainings.
• Completes other duties as assigned by Clinical Director and program leadership.
