Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and demonstrates proficiency in patient assessment and nursing skills.
• Reinforces policies and procedures with nursing staff.
• Coordinates nursing rounds and bedside reporting with leadership.
• Provides unit education programs with preceptors and NPDS.
