Job summary

Bayhealth Medical Center is seeking a Professional Development Associate to plan, coordinate, and facilitate continuing professional development and clinical education across Bayhealth. You will support nursing orientation, residency programs, and shared governance, and lead special projects in Nursing Professional Development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience, and strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Two years related work experience; proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; 40 WPM typing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Director and departments to set annual class schedule, secure rooms/resources, and provide technical support.
• Coordinate and produce classes for live, online, and blended learning; manage logistics and instructional design.
