MultiCare Health System's Tacoma General Hospital seeks a Nursing Professional Development Associate to coordinate programs within the Center for Clinical Education & Professional Practice Development. You will support onboarding, competency management, continuing education and residency initiatives, while balancing internal and external customer service across diverse teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or agreement to obtain within three years.
• Some financial budgeting and management experience.
• Minimum three years office management/administrative experience; Health Care environment preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience with personal computer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Survey Monkey.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate programs across the Center for Clinical Education & Professional Practice Development (CCEPPD).
• Cross-train to additional programs and maintain strong customer relations and organizational efficiency.
• Communicate with internal staff, nursing leaders, physician leaders and external partners to support department objectives.
