Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Training & Development specialist to assess learning needs, develop education programs, and support competency across the organization. The role collaborates with clinical leaders to promote evidence-based practice and advance quality and safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with strong skills in education, program evaluation, and coaching, committed to patient safety and continuous improvement.
