Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Clinical Training and Competency Manager to lead the development and oversight of clinical education and competency programs. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and quality leaders to ensure workforce readiness and continual improvement.

The role focuses on maintaining training content, supporting onboarding, and guiding staff in best practices, policies, and procedures while ensuring regulatory and organizational standards are met.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active license.
• 3+ years home health nursing experience.
• Knowledge of OASIS, CMS regulations, and home health reimbursement.
• 3+ years of staff education, precepting, training, or clinical leadership preferred.
• Master of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee clinical education and training programs across the organization.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education for clinical staff.
• Maintain educational materials, resources, and training content.
• Support competency assessment, validation, and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance readiness related to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
