Fresenius Medical Care in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and oversee the nursing team ensuring high-quality patient care. The role combines clinical leadership with administrative duties to support facility performance and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise RNs and staff, coordinate patient workflows, manage CQI activities, and drive staff development while partnering with physicians and management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current appropriate state licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum three years supervisory or management experience in medical or vascular access environments.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and medical database software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified in BLS & ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and patient procedures to ensure quality care.
• Supervise facility staff in safe vascular access procedures.
• Assign and delegate tasks to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage daily schedules.
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge.
• Maintain accurate medical records and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in Governing Body and CQI meetings and data reporting.
