- Current RN licensure in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Lead and develop a team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with medical directors, therapists, and other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and improve quality patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
- Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity, promoting open communication and continuous learning.
