Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct direct patient care staff, including RNs and techs.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee medication, equipment, and supply management.
• Participate in CQI activities and regulatory surveys.
