Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis seeks a Nursing Executive to lead Trauma and Burn Services, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with Level 1 Trauma Center requirements. You will partner with the VP and NEC to design effective nursing care delivery and drive performance improvement across units.

The role oversees budgeting, resource allocation, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing, health admin, or related field preferred.
• RN licensure in good standing required.
• 5+ years progressive nursing/patient care leadership; 3+ years administrative/supervisory, required.

Responsibilities

• Directs Trauma and Burn Services to meet Level 1 Trauma Center standards.
• Oversees quality, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Develops budgets and manages department resources.
• Collaborates with Medical Staff and administration; supports performance improvement.
