• Coordinate shift activities to ensure policies and standards of care are followed.
• Serve as unit liaison, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate communications with physicians.
• Maintain patient safety, document nursing actions, and manage equipment and supplies.
• Involve in orientation and supervision of students when providing patient care.
