Formación

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• RN licensure to practice in TN.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience required; charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan staff assignments, provide direct patient care, and evaluate care outcomes for the unit.
• Coordinate shift activities to ensure policies and standards of care are followed.
• Serve as unit liaison, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate communications with physicians.
• Maintain patient safety, document nursing actions, and manage equipment and supplies.
• Involve in orientation and supervision of students when providing patient care.
