The role reports to the Administrator and Medical Director and requires an active RN license in Minnesota, strong leadership, and a proven track record in supervision and program development.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care setting.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices; understanding of nursing home regulations.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex medical terminology to residents and families.
• Experience planning, organizing, developing, and evaluating programs for quality care.
• Willingness to adopt new practices and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing department and its programs in compliance with current regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with staff, residents, and residents' families.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver resident-centered care.
• Foster team collaboration across departments to support quality care.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures for day-to-day nursing home operations.
