SGMC Health is seeking a Nurse Administrator to provide line management for nursing departments at our Main Campus. The role focuses on ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence, with responsibilities including interdepartmental coordination and acting as Nurse Administrator when needed.

The position requires a GA RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Master’s preferred), CPR certification, and 6 years of supervisory nursing experience.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in State of Georgia.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s in nursing or related field strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Certification preferred in appropriate specialty.
• Six years of nursing experience including supervisory/leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide line management for assigned areas/departments.
• Facilitate inter- and intradepartmental communication and collaboration.
• Ensure delivery of quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage department within budgetary parameters and represent the hospital in local/state activities.
• May function as Nurse Administrator in the absence of the Nurse Administrator.
