Job summary

Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Nurse Administrator for the Augusta Campus, East Central Regional Hospital. You will manage, plan, organize, and direct all nursing activities and ensure high-quality nursing care across hospital and community programs.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing, a current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license, and four years of RN experience with two in supervision; licensure must be current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Four (4) years of RN experience, two (2) years in an administrative or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manages, plans, organizes, and directs all nursing activities in the assigned facility.
• Ensures quality nursing care in hospitals, public health facilities, and community-based programs.
• Directs subordinate supervisors and staff.
