SGMC Health is seeking a Nurse Educator to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that support staff development and adherence to care standards at the Main Campus, Education Services. You will develop programs using adult education principles and nursing theory, and collaborate with directors and administrators across SGMC Health.

The role requires current Georgia RN licensure, a BSN with at least 3 years in the specialty, and relevant certifications (ACLS/PALS/NRP/STABLE).

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing with a minimum of 3 years experience in area of specialty required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, or STABLE certifications (or ability to obtain) as appropriate to assigned area.
• Must have knowledge of adult learning principles, and should have teaching experience, preferably in an adult education and in the healthcare setting
• Flexible in work schedule, assignments and workloads.
