Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for leadership in nursing administration.
• RN licensure in Tennessee and current practice eligibility are required.
• Experience in management and supervision of nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the delivery of nursing care across Pathways units and supervise staff.
• Interview, evaluate staff, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families to coordinate care.
