Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and licensure readiness.
• Official transcript showing ASN/BSN or diploma and ATT.
• BLS certification obtained during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as assigned.
• Document care and update plans of care in medical records.
• Communicate with RN staff, charge nurses and management.
• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Adhere to hospital policies and infection control procedures.
